I can't believe I'm 25 weeks pregnant already!
It honestly feels like just yesterday we were pleasantly surprised by this pregnancy.
It goes super fast the second time -- pretty certain I've been saying that a lot.
It's crazy that 5 weeks (almost 4) from now I'll be 30 weeks pregnant,
with only ten to go until this baby is full term.
Maeva actually won't be inside me for the full forty weeks because I'm having a c-section,
which is scheduled for August 20th.
I know she could possibly come sooner,
but its kind of cool to know that if not, then she'll be here by then. I actually liking knowing and am counting down the days til we get to meet our sweet baby girl!
I've been super exhausted lately, which is why last week, a bump update just didn't happen.
I haven't been blogging as much as I would have liked either because of the exhaustion.
Who knew growing a baby and chasing a toddler could be so tiring!?!A lot of the time I don't want to get out of bed, but I do because I have sweet boy to take care of,
but its hard to do more than that. I've tried motivating myself and somedays it works.
I can feel Maeva getting stronger. Her kicks have really surprised me lately.
The placenta is in the front of my belly -- I guess between her and my belly-- so her kicks hadn't
been that strong, but she's growing and getting bigger because her kicks make me go, "whoa!"
I love it and am happy that daddy can feel her kicking more now.
I also am loving that Braden knows where his baby sister is. I'm not sure he completely gets
what is going on, but any time I ask him, "Where's your baby sister?" he either looks at my belly or comes over and pulls up my shirt to blow raspberries on it.Melts my heart... can't wait to see him with her and just to have her here with us.
